Sri Lankan Science for Conceiving Gifted Children
Conceiving gifted children may be the surest way to eradicate fear, war, and poverty, according to an ancient science from Sri Lanka.
The Divine Body Care science (Deha Dhamma) explains why conceiving a gifted child who will transform the world into a better place cannot be left to chance. They compare it to a marksman who is in a dark room with a bow and arrow. He is give the task of hitting a horse hair suspended from a pole during a lightning flash. Conceiving a child without the Divine Body Care principles is as difficult as the marksman hitting that horsehair.
Most parents are like this handicapped marksman. They are unaware of how environmental factors affect a child at conception. That is why the world has so few brilliant, healthy, and happy people.
Certainly the parents' health and genetic makeup play a role in determining the child's physical, mental, and spiritual balance. Nonetheless, "even excellent genes planted at a poor time will not yield much." The principles of Divine Body Care include instructions for choosing the time to conceive a gifted child. This time is a more important determiner of a child's intelligence, health, and happiness than the birth time used by Westerer astrologers to determine someone's future. The Divine Body Care science has calculated appropriate times for conception. Bringing a special child into the world need not be a random event. The quality and type of child that parents produce depends upon the level and type of celestial energy present at conception. According to this science, the Earth is continuously bathed by different energies coming from the Sun, Moon, and planets. The amount of energy reaching Earth, as well as the combination of energies vary throughout the Moon's twenty-eight day cycle. The amount of energy and the combination of energies that are present when the sperm and egg unite at conception help determine the quality of spiritual life force that will give life to the embryo.
Divine Body Care science offers instructions to determine an ideal conception time -- when the amount of celestial energy reaching Earth is maximum and the combination of energies is correct for the type of child the parents desire. Besides timing, Divine Body Care science relies upon herbal combinations and practices, such as achieving mutual orgasm.

The Tao of Conception
Taoists recognize the importance of creating a balanced energy field in the prospective parents as a home for the child's incoming spirit.
Taoists couples ensure that future generations are strong and healthy. They subscribe to the parents having good health, proper diet, positive thoughts, a harmonious, loving relationship, and a peaceful environment. Peng Tsu, the Taoist master, further advised that the husband increase his potency by conserving semen prior to conception.
Prospective parents bathe before love-making and then create a pleasant, restful surroundings -- comfortable room temperature, candlelight, incense or perfume, soothing music.
Carelessness results in a baby born with a physical or mental defect. Taoist guidelines are based on thousands of years of experience.
- Do not conceive a child under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication otherwise child suffers from nervous and mental problems.
- Do not conceive when either parent is extremely tired otherwise child will be weak, sickly, and have a weak immune system.
- Do not conceive during a war or power struggles (i.e., office politics within a corporation, family upheaval, etc.), otherwise child is hyperactive and violent.
- Do not conceive during a sunset otherwise a child has impaired vision.
- Do not conceive during a hurricane or violent storms otherwise child has low resistance to disease.
- Do not conceive during extreme weather conditions -- severe cold or heat, rain and dampness, fog and heavy winds, thunder and lightning. They have a negative input on function of vital organs and human electro-magnetic field balance. In fact, sexual intercourse itself is not advised at these times.
Ayurvedic Steps to Procreate an Ideal Child
Ayurveda, a healing, longevity, and self-realization science of ancient India, offers special prayers and preparations for a couple who desire an ideal child.
The ancient physician Susruta (700 BC) gave rules for parents to ensure the birth of a handsome, vigorous, long-lived, generous, virtuous, dutiful and responsible child. Susruta draws an analogy between growing an ideal plant and birthing a desirable child. The best plant specimens require: 1) ideal season of sowing; 2) soil; and 3) seed and nutrient fluids in the soil and the environment.
So, too, ideal human birth occurs by the co-ordination of three conditions:
- Time of mating during the menstrual phase -- The best time extends from fourth to twelfth day, counting from date of menstrual flow. Proper directions for mating are equally important. Improper postures and abnormal practices during mating cause specific congenital defects and sexual aberrations in future child.
- Womb -- Proper care of mother during period of gestation is as necessary as proper soil during germinating period of crops.
- Healthly parental seeds (sperm and ovum) and nutritive fluids from mother's body. Susruta describes appearance and characteristics of healthy semen and menstrual flow and how to restore them to normal by medical treatment if they fall below standards. Couples suffering from defects beyond remedy are unfit for procreation.
The chances of conception are more favorable if three or four drops of the juice of Atropa mandragora, variety of Sida cordifolia with yellow flower, and a variety of Coleus ambonicus, or Uraria lagopodiodes are mixed with milk and administered into woman's nostrils immediately after intercourse.
Another ancient Ayurvedic physician, Charaka (700 BC), placed emphasis on improving a couples' mental and physical well-being prior to conception. Although children do the choosing, parents can do what they can to become worth choosing.

Charaka advises couples to increase the balance of body, mind, and spirit. Prospective parents need to purify themselves and become more high-minded via meditation, proper rest, freedom from drugs and alcohol, and a healthy diet for beginners. Couples must ensure that they have the means to properly provide for children and are able to give children security and consolation in all circumstances.
Pre-Conception and Heredity according to Rudolph Steiner
Rudolph Steiner explains why a particular individual is born with special talents, such as artistic gifts.
Everything that manifests itself on earth in this or that artistic form . . . has its origin in the supersensible world. A person who brings artistic gifts into the world does so because of previous earth lives, or by virtue of a special act of grace during period before birth, before conception, when he lived in a special manner in the realm of the harmony of the spheres.
A soul who acquires these faculties will be naturally attracted towards a family where that gift is in hereditary stream, that is, parents with a specific DNA. From these parents, soul receives body which allows it to bring its gift to expression.
Man between death and rebirth receives those gifts from the beings of the higher hierarchies that he needs in order to adapt to his individuality what is obtained by means of heredity.
Whether a soul receives these blessings depends upon whether it has accomplished specific deeds during his last physical embodiment.
The light that illumines so that we do not tread in darkness through the realm of the higher hierarchies can never be kindled once we have crossed the gate of death, unless we bring it with us by virtue of the feelings and thoughts towards the higher worlds that we have developed on earth. We ourselves have to prepare it in this life before our physical death.
Our light enables the higher hierarchies to hand their gifts to us, "so that we do not fail to grasp what we should receive."
Conceiving a Gifted Child according to Zen Buddhism
After following specific guidelines for six weeks, the couple take a thorough internal bath of three or four quarts of hot water before retiring, in order to avoid any possible passionate expression when entering upon contact. After a good night's rest, they take a cool sponge bath and thorough skin rub. This increases skin activity, improves breathing, and secures greater nerve action which promotes sex magnetism. In this way, they reach the climax together with a strong orgasm. They engage in sex during daylight hours.
"The act must necessarily be prolonged if child is to be endowed with perfect condition, as the perfect flow of magnetism is one of the greatest factors in reproduction and promulgator of characteristics most conducive to conscious life."
